PERSONAL ASSISTANT - (HOLLIS, QUEENS)

The CEO of Real Estate Management Company is looking for a personal assistant to handle day to day office responsibilities. These responsibilities include; drafting business memos and letters, handling all telephone calls, inquiries and any follow up needed, collecting rent and properly recording these payments. Some management experience is a plus but not required.

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years experience as a personal assistant or secretary

Self-Starter who can work with minimal supervision

Good Organizational Skills and the ability to multi-task

Ability to problem solve and work to resolve day to day issues

Good Writing Skills, able to draft business letters and memos
