Technical Coordinator, Service Delivery Process Consultant

Minimum qualifications EDUCATION Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university. EXPERIENCE At least 3 years of demonstrated process experience in industry or academic settings, including at least 1 year experience supervising (supervision of student's operating in a professional role counts). KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES Superior analytical skills, logic and problem solving skills.
Knowledge of Business Process Analysis methodologies.
Knowledge of Service Delivery.
Experiencing executing change and/or business process improvement efforts.
Demonstrated success dealing with ambiguity and ability to learn on the fly to understand and solve new problems.
Ability to effectively communicate verbally and written in a manner which is clear, logical and consistent.
Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact at all levels of the organization.
Ability to effectively work as a team and independently. Preferences
Masters degree in business, engineering, or social science
Currently working within the USM
Familiarity with higher education
Experience with organizational development
Experience with change management
Physical demands: sedentary work. Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects. Repetitive motion. Substantial movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers. The worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading.
