HR Business Partner

I am seeking an HR Business Partner on behalf of my client operating in the leisure sector based in West Sussex. Reporting into the Senior HR Business Partner the role will assume full 360 responsibility for the UK centric client group on all aspects of HR from employee engagement, employee relations, recruitment and selection, performance management, reward management, learning and development and working with the global offices as well as HR project work. You will be seen as an aspiring collaborative HR professional and will demonstrate ownership and commitment to deliver results.
This is an exciting opportunity for an HR Business Partner with sound experience in a fast paced commercial environment, so they understand best practice but can also operate in a medium size firm with both operational and strategic experience.
As an ideal fit for this position you will have the following experience:
- Broad experience in all aspects of an HR generalist role preferably with some good exposure to talent, development and succession
- Experience of managing and driving HR initiatives in a fast-paced, complex environment
- Demonstrable commercial and pragmatic approach to human capital solutions
- High level influencing and communication skills
