Manager for the Nonwovens Business Unit.

The Financial Manager is responsible
for providing global BU all required Financial statements, dashboards &
management reports within the deadlines

Provide global BU all required Financial statements, dashboards &
management reports within the deadlines

Enhance understand and analyzing of business results and trends

In close coordination with Business Operation Accountant and Plant
Controllers, ensure BU & site operations are properly reflected in the
ERP & compliant with ARKEMA (Parent Company) Management Rules.

Job Dimensions

Ensure that the results of the BU are reported in the deadline, accurately,
with clarity and under the correct format required by the BU (highlights, gap
analysis, brochure…) and that these results are understandable to Bostik top

Flash and Analytical Income Statement (volumes, selling prices, COGS, PPV
& MUV, unit margins, fixed costs…),

Capital expenditures, Working Capital, Capital Employed, BU KPIs,

Budget and forecasts.

Analyze BU performances, define opportunities for improvement, alert on
operational issues affecting BU KPI accuracy & lead cross-functional
problem solving initiatives,

Define annual operational objectives and actions to support BU management :
Cost Management, Performance Measurement and Internal Reporting,

Manage and adapt reports and analytics to changes in Business Unit needs.


Manage BU month end close process - full P&L and related balance sheet
accounts, timely and accurately,

Report out analyses to the WW and local Business Teams:

Prepare required reporting formats, templates and presentations…CEO / BOD
level required,

Assess operational performance against the annual budget and history &
advise corrective actions if necessary,

Manage TWC, develop forecasting and reporting mechanisms to meet operating

Ongoing follow-up of Business metrics.

Establish (in conjunction with Business Team Leaders) and track monthly

Owns all financial business modelling activities (eg pricing, perimeter
changes, structure changes, integration, etc.),

Owns the accounting of the Sales Incentive structure (Quarterly).

Forecasting - consolidate and analyze the 3 months' forecasts and year-end
forecasts. Oversee all Regional BU financial forecasting and reporting.

Budgeting and planning - coordinate the budget process by market segment
and advise throughout, maintain the models to ensure accurate reporting.
Oversee budgeting and assess operational performance against both the annual
budget and long-term strategy.

Review economic analyses of all new and existing major capital projects and
lead or provide financial guidance to strategic projects.

Involved with Financial M&A modelling and due diligence. Own transactional
integration activities,

Manage and track the performance of Capital Expenditures keeping with
established policies and investment guidelines.

Ensure good information flow in and out of the BU in coordination with
other functional entity and strong coordination with Plant Controllers on
different processes.

Ensure the correct application of Arkema Finance, Accounting & Control
procedures and internal control in the BU. Maintain internal control
safeguards and compliance with Standards of Common Practice and

Ensure correct application of delegations of authority within the BU scope
(local, regional or global,

Manage internal and external audits as required to ensure efficient,
accurate and timely process.

Oversee the administration of transfer-pricing mechanisms to ensure policy

Ensure all financial systems are aligned with WW Bostik, WW NW BU,
Americas, and future acquisitions

Practice Safe work habits in accordance with OSHA, EPA guidelines and
Bostik-specific EHS expectations


Ensure business is achieving objectives through business team

Setting objectives and strategy,

Reporting current financial status,

Identify projects and levers to improve overall performance.

Strong leader in progressing the business' initiatives through direct
project ownership.

Qualifications / Experience Required

Bachelor's Degree in finance or Accounting, MBA preferred

5 years of experience in professional finance / accounting roles. Business Unit organization is

Manufacturing experience: finance, capital and cost accounting

Project Management experience

Familiar with Process Management and Continuous Improvement methodologies
such as 6 sigma and Theory of Constraints

International experience

Solid analytical skills; record of strong continuous learning

Advanced MS Excel skills, SAP experience preferred
