Education: College degree with emphasis in business management preferred. High School graduate or equivalent required.
Experience: Experience applying customer service behaviors and communication skills required. Minimum of 5 years hospital experience with 2-year managerial experience required.
Certifications/Licensure: Certification by National Association of Executive Housekeepers preferred. Training and Current Certificate to comply with Department of Transportation 49 CFR 172 Subpart H, with regard to hazardous materials, required or obtained within 90 days of hire. Certified Healthcare Environmental Service Professional (CHESP) certification required or obtain within 2 years of hire.
