Opportunity: The Division of Nephrology at Stony Brook University School of Medicine seeks candidates for a BC/BE Nephrologist for a full time Academic
(Assistant/Associate Professor) appointment is commensurate with professional experience.
Compensation packages are competitive. We are seeking candidates with expertise in adult nephrology and who excel in teaching medical students, internal medicine residents and nephrology fellows. There will be opportunities for medical directorship of dialysis, academic growth, career development and mentorship, with protected time for research and educational activities, depending on applicant interests and accomplishments. To qualify for an appointment as Associate Professor, the candidate must meet the criteria established by the School of Medicine (School of Medicine's Criteria for Appointment, Promotion and Tenure ).
