Answer incoming phone calls, greet visitors at front door and perform various administrative support functions and assist other departments.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Demonstrate unwavering honor and character through consistent values, ethics, integrity and loyalty Primary contact in answering all incoming phone calls Deal with customers, vendors and the general public in answering their questions or directing them to the appropriate department/personnel Make sure that visitors/contractors sign appropriate confidentiality and safety paperwork Runs MKDenial on each visitor who enters the facility Maintains badges by accounting for all badges daily, deactivating badges that are missing, and keep accurate recordkeeping Maintain highly effective relationships with employees, vendors, customers, and peers Provides administrative and clerical support to relieve department managers or staff of administrative details May coordinate messages, appointments, information to callers, file maintenance, department office supplies and mail Backup other administrative staff members as needed Organize events, lunches, meetings or conferences by arranging facilities and caterers, issuing information or invitations, coordinating presenters and logistics; controlling event budget Exercises strong professional judgment within generally defined company practices and policies Follow all company safety policies and report any unsafe conditions to Manufacturing Manager, EHS Manager, and/ or Director of Manufacturing Understand and follow all other company policies relevant to your job role (eg. travel, business ethics, confidentiality, protection of IP, etc) Assist in applying lean manufacturing concepts and 5S to your job role and area Appropriately manage sensitive and confidential information Perform other duties as assigned

High School Diploma or GED is requiredMinimum of 2-4 years' professional administrative support experience, preferably in manufacturingDemonstrated strong computer skills, including, but not limited to, the Microsoft Office SuiteAbility to multi-taskMust be able to maintain confidential informationMust have a high attention to detailMust be able to perform duties successfully in a timely mannerMust be able to perform successfully under minimum supervision Physical Demands:
