Cobham - San Jose is seeking an Electrical Engineerto support RF Subsystems Manufacturing. In this position youwill work in a highly motivated team environment to develop andmanufactures advanced microwave and millimeter wave subsystems,hybrid modules and components for defense and government customers.You will also support the manufacturing and continuous improvementof microwave and RF subsystems. To meet our customers' exactingrequirements, the Manufacturing Engineering team plays a criticalrole in our success. This role is in San Jose, CA and there isno relocation available for this role.

Responsibilities:
Evaluate hands-on resolution of technical issues that affectproduct yield or throughput.Interface technically with suppliers, analyze field returnfailures, and apply root cause problem solvingDrive continuous product improvement projects.Participate in new product introduction teams.Maintain daily communication with the production team andensure all technical issues are being addressed.Participate in customer visits and teleconferences.Develop and maintain documentation. Minimum Requirements:
Minimum of a completed bachelor's degree in ElectricalEngineering.Education in and/or knowledge of microwave circuits, includingamplifiers, filters, frequency multipliers, high power limiters,oscillators, switches and mixers. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.This position requires US Citizenship and the ability toobtain and maintain a US DoD Security Clearance.Preferred:
Directly related Manufacturing Engineering experience withexposure to RF/microwave circuits.2+ years' directly-related Manufacturing Engineeringexperience with RF/microwave circuits.Security:
All applicants must be a U.S Citizen or U.S Person as defined byITAR (a lawful permanent resident or someone who is a protectedindividual as defined by 8 U.S.C.1324b(a)(3)). In order to beeligible for positions requiring a Security Clearance, you must be aUS Citizen.
