Regional Manager, Equipment Essential Functions: Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essentials functions. Manage inventory of over 400 pieces of fleet and rental equipment over the eastern seaboard Repairs and maintenance Ordering / stocking parts for fleet Managing shop and yard technicians Scheduling Dispatch all delivery, pickups on a daily basis Accidents / insurance Working with sales and operations teams to support both internal equipment needs (flagging operations) and external equipment needs ( rentals and sales) Other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Competencies Ability to work in a fast pace environment Knowledge with multi state transportation regulations and registration protocols. Excellent customer service skills Excellent Management skills Knowledge of MS Office Knowledge of Dossier is preferred Supervisory Responsibility - This position has supervisory responsibilities. Work Environment - Work is regularly performed in outside weather conditions, including rain and extreme heat, near moving mechanical parts and includes occasional exposure to wet and/or humid conditions and to vibration. May be exposed to hazardous tools and equipment. Physical Demands - The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand for long periods; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and move objects up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. Position Type/Expected Hours of Work - This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 7:00 3 p.m. Occasional overtime may be required. Travel - Overnight travel as well as local day travel maybe required for this position.
