Thrive ABA is seeking to recruit a passionate and talented Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team and assist us in our mission to help the community and provide ABA services to any and all in need. The Clinical Director will oversee all clinical operations of the center, ensuring safe and effective treatment for all clients.
Additionally, the Clinical Director will be responsible for the training and development of all RBTs, BCaBAs and BCBAs on staff. Specific Responsibilities include: -Assessments and Treatment Plans The Clinical Director will conduct Initial Assessments and Re-Assessments for clients of Thrive ABA.
Assessments will be used in the design and implementation of behavior plans and will guide all areas of treatment focus.
Experience with conducting and implementing assessments is a MUST. -Clinical Supervision Supervision of RBT staff is essential for both the clients and staff and must be conducted in a professional manner. The Clinical Director will be responsible for ensuring that ALL supervision is conducted in a professional and ethical manner and this must be modeled for all staff by the Director.
The Clinical Director will also ensure that each client receives the appropriate amount of supervision and that supervision be tailored to each clients individual needs.
-Parent Training and Support The Clinical Director will be responsible for providing parent training and support to clients throughout the duration of treatment.
The Clinical Director will also train other Certified staff on how to appropriate offer parent training and ensure that parents questions, comments, and concerns are all answered in a timely fashion. It is important to note that parent training is a requirement for this position, so any applicant must be willing (preferably enthusiastically) to provide parent training for our wonderful families. -Direct Care The Clinical Director will also work directly with clients on a limited basis.
There will be times when staff will be out and the Clinical Director will fill in and work directly with the client.

-Staff Training Training of all clinical staff will be an ongoing responsibility for the Clinical Director.
The Clinical Director will conduct RBT trainings for new staff and also provide company wide trainings (Behavior Skills Training, Updates from the literature, etc). Past experience with training and mentoring staff is highly preferred.
