We are seeking Customer Service Representatives for our customer a well known Orange County based public agency, whose mission is to provide high quality water and sewer services in an efficient, cost effective, and environmentally sensitive manner which produces a high level of customer satisfaction! The Customer Service Representative will be responsible to provide customer assistance, outreach and assist with conservation program implementation as part of the company's drought response effort. The Customer Service Representatives will be responsible to: Act as a primary responder to conservation-related phone calls and walk-in customer inquiries Solicit, schedule and conduct on-site survey and inspections Perform residential water surveys and measure landscape areas Perform information on water conservation and methods of achieving more efficient use Respond to customer inquiries Enter survey information into database for tracking and reporting Assist in preparing conservation materials and packets for events Interact with public, property managers, staff and outside agencies May be asked to attend community meetings/events on behalf of the company Job Requirements The Customer Service Representatives must possess the following: High School Graduate Two years experience in a customer service environment, preferably in the water industry. Computer experience in a Windows based environment desired. MS Office skills- Word, Excel Excellent customer service practices and etiquette on the telephone Positive, team player attitude Communicate effectively, both orally and written Prepare clear and concise written reports and correspondence Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide and calculate percentages, decimals and fractions Must possess a Valid Class "C" California's Driver's License Knowledge of water conservation/irrigation systems is a + Category: Customer Service , Keywords: Customer Service Representative
