Purpose: The Project Manager position is integral to Quadax's software-as-a-service ("SaaS") client service methodology, contributing greatly to customers' satisfaction with the Company's greater revenue cycle management ("RCM") applications. In this position, the successful candidate will team with the Company's Account Executives to effectively manage customer's medical billing & reimbursement initiatives, providing sound project management throughout. Achieving a thorough understanding of Quadax's RCM applications and accounts receivable management will be expected. Key Responsibilities: Utilize sound project management methodology to effectively govern customer onboarding and post-implementation initiatives, publishing project plans to ensure deliverables stay on target and that visibility into progress is maintain, while further managing project risk in a transparent and proactive manner. Facilitates recurring meetings with customer and Quadax stakeholders to work through project deliverables, publishing both meeting agenda and minutes for all. Collaborates closely with Company's Account Executives to effectively manage customer's medical billing & reimbursement initiatives, including HL7 interface rules, electronic claim/remittance payer setup, fee schedule maintenance, taxonomy claim rules, patient access, denial management, patient engagement, reporting & data-analytics, AR management recommends, customer training, etc. Ensure that RCM application configuration changes are performed according to Company's change management policies. Aid in troubleshooting and bringing to resolution raised customer events. Education / Experience: Bachelor's degree in related field of study Proficient applying project management methodology to cross-functional teams Detail oriented with ability to establish priorities and contribute with minimal supervision Team player with strong verbal and written communication skills Projection in Microsoft Office applications Knowledge of medical billing a plus Occasional travel can be expected Requirements: Physical Demands: General office demands including sitting and/or standing for long periods of time. Dexterity with general office equipment including but not limited to keyboard, mouse, and calculator. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds. Ability to handle stress in a fast paced environments with multiple priorities and deadlines while adapting to a changing atmosphere. The employee will be expected to make judgement decisions, grasp new ideas, and communicate with various employees and clients at all levels.
