Key Responsibilities: Conduct product overviews and demonstrations to internal staff as well as current and prospective clients. Work with internal and external stakeholders to develop business requirements for new products and enhancements to existing products. Develop and recommend best practice use of assigned software applications. Work with EDI departments to develop new processes to properly test, support, and implement products, establishing benchmarks, deadlines and deliverables. As new products mature, Product Managers are responsible for transitions implementations to EDI XIT and assisting in developing an implementation process that will reside with XIT while transitioning product support to EDI service. Stay connected with all products, new and mature, in order to keep up to date with features and functions in order to conduct effective product demonstrations in conjunction with EDI sales. Achieve a superior understanding of all EDI products. Achieve a superior understanding of user interaction with applications. Conduct project status update meetings to management group. Travel to client sites as required (<10% travel is typical). Other duties as assigned. Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree preferred. Knowledge of EDI, Xpeditor, and 835 remittance processing preferred. Strong technical sales. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Comfortable speaking in public to small and large groups. Strong attention to detail. Ability to set priorities. Effective time management. Ability to maintain confidentiality. Requirements: Physical Demands: General office demands including sitting and/or standing for long periods of time. Dexterity with general office equipment including but not limited to keyboard, mouse, and calculator. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds. Ability to handle stress in a fast paced environments with multiple priorities and deadlines while adapting to a changing atmosphere. The employee will be expected to make judgement decisions, grasp new ideas, and communicate with various employees and clients at all levels.
