FUNCTION:Using a PC to view images, the processor will correct and balance captured proof transactions. Following this work outgoing cash letters are prepared and files are transmitted to our corresponding banks and processing host.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Performs various item processing functions: Proves summary of processed work.
Prepares required forms and envelopes.
Make appropriate corrections to out of balance transactions.
Monitors workflow to insure that all production deadlines are met.
Uses image archive and retrieval for research if necessary to locate and adjust customer and CSS errors.
Creates back up computer disks in accordance with established policies and procedures.
Creates, prints, and distributes notices and reports.
Maintains daily and monthly statistics for item processing supervisor.
Interacts with vendors to resolve issues relating to software and hardware.Answers the phone.
Verifies that all work is removed from storage and destroyed.Sells bank services
Assists the team in the documentation, standardization, and measurement of key business processes within the item processing team to promote a quality environment and to allow for the continual improvement and efficiency of department processes.
Updates knowledge and develops professionally on a continuing basis through training. This includes product knowledge, technological/computer, and regulatory/compliance.
Participation in non-required training and training offered by external vendors as needed and when appropriate.Actively participates in determining an individual training and development plan.
Responsible for adhering to compliance laws, regulations, and established Bank policies and procedures, including Bank Secrecy Act and Anti-Money Laundering.
