Full time Lecturer. The Construction Management Department at California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo, CA is seeking applications for multiple full-time Lecturer positions for the 2019-20 academic year. Start date is September 12, 2019. Requirements include a Master's degree in Construction Management or closely related field and five (5) years of relevant teaching and/or professional experience employed in increasingly responsible management positions primarily in the US construction or comparable industry with evidence of increasing responsibility and/or excellence in teaching. These requirements may be waived for individuals with exceptional experience and/or professional or teaching expertise.
Preferred qualification include previous teaching and/or work experience in the areas of construction methods and materials, construction estimating and scheduling, construction contracts, and construction management; and demonstrated computer literacy with construction related software.
