The Developer:

Ireland's most prestigious residential developer with high end apartments and housing projects of values up to €100m spanning the Leinster region. They currently have a need for a Senior Site Manager with a large scale, residential housing background to join their Dublin team. They have several sites in Dublin including a €32m 200 unit housing development between in East Dublin located between Lucan and Clondalkin and another 90 unit housing development in North Dublin close to Dublin Airport, to name a few. They have 2 roles available.

Site Manager Skills:

The Site Manager role would suit an experienced, self-reliant, delivery orientated individual, with a degree / higher diploma in a construction related field, 10+ years' post qualification experience, with a background in large scale residential construction.

As Site Manager:

Responsibilities will include: Managing Subcontractors, construction team and Suppliers, Excellent knowledge of Trades and background, Ensure compliance with building regulations, Reporting to Contract Manager / Head of Construction, Managing Health and Safety on Site.

The Package:

An excellent package will be put in place for the successful candidate, with a basic salary of €80,000 - €90,000 (Neg) + bonus + pension.
