Eco Group Services is inviting applications for a full time Contract Manager. This is a position that will suit an organised and energetic individual who is highly motivated and organised. The successful candidate will have previous experience as a Contract Manager. Experience within the Facilities Management industry is essential for this role.

Key deliverables are:

* KPI and standards

* Commercial performance

The Ideal Candidate:

* Must have previous experience in the sector including cleaning contracts

* Must have previous experience interacting with and influencing the client senior management team

* Must have excellent communication skills

* Must have excellent IT skills

* Excellent knowledge and understanding of reporting requirements and KPI's

* Highly flexible with a demonstrated willingness to take on a responsible approach for any issues

* Practical and logical approach to problem solving

* A team player with the ability to develop and maintain good interpersonal relationships

Responsibilities:

* Development of strategic partnerships with key stakeholders on each site.

* Develop Eco Group as the preferred supplier to clients for the provision of cleaning services and grow additional service lines

* Retention of existing contracts and identify new business opportunities

* Ensure contracts are operating to and exceeding the required specification and performance and are regularly audited in line with specification

* Provide management, guidance and direction to the team

* Prepare monthly reporting for all services covered under contract

* Establish and manage quality measures and procedures in conjunction with the Company to enable two-way communication, ensuring feedback and continuous improvement is achieved

* Facilitate and manage training requirements to ensure that staff are fully trained in all aspects of the service provision

* Administer formal management and reporting procedures

* Manage uniforms, equipment, supplies and vehicles utilized at the account

* Mange tenders and re-tenders
