We are searching for a Business Development Executive to address the following parts of our portfolio:
SEEBURGER Business Integration solutions, including B2B, EAI, MFT, API Management etc., delivered on-premise, hybrid or as cloud. This role will preferably be based in Prague. Other major cities in the EEME territory may work as well.
The primary vertical focus of the role is in automotive industry, machinery industry and CPG production, secondary focus is on financial and utilities industries.
The Business Development Executive should ideally have a sound understanding of business drivers and use cases for B2B, MFT, BPM, SOA, API Management, Digital Applications, EAI including SAP integration, Cloud, and EDI processing and translation.
The candidate must be a "hunter" professional who will help to innovate marketing activities which can help secure new business opportunities and business partners, support on-going sales and marketing which in-turn drive software license sales, managed services and cloud offerings.
Identifies new business by creating leads and actively searching for opportunities
Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations
Identifies trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements; tracking individual contributors and their accomplishments
Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities
Works with existing stakeholders, including sales and marketing, pre-sales, professional services and senior management to help drive new business opportunities with new and existing customers and business partners
Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities; recommending equity investments
Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential
Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations
Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
5-10 years of experience in a Business Development Director role
Experience with integration software and services, offered on premise, hybrid or as a cloud solution service
Experience with business ecosystems, agile business partners, mid-tier systems integrators and global system integrators
Experience with partner/channel pipeline development and management skills, with proven ability to deliver Go-to-Market strategies
Need to have experience and to be able to network, including setting up meetings with the practice and technology leaders for the IT areas, client partners, and business lines to bring in our management to meet them on a regular basis
Experience in consultation delivery with enterprise software engagements
Willing to work in an entrepreneurial environment with a global team, fluent in English language, other language skills (CZ, PL, SK, HU ) would be a plus
