ITSM-Tool Administrator
We at SEEBURGER attune business partnerships and integrate processes globally and across organizational barriers.
All our customers interface with SEEBURGER over SEEBURGER Service Desk (SSD) based on HelpLine v6.2. We have integrated SSD with our datacenter event management and SAP Solution Manager. The connection goes over web services where the SEEBURGER Business Integration Suite acts as an Enterprise Service Bus (ESB). This makes SSD a mission critical application and goes far beyond "just a ticket tracker". As we are expanding, we are searching a skilled ITSM tool Administrator to join our ITSM team driving the SEEBURGER Service Desk to the next level. So, do you want to join us as:

ITSM-Tool Administrator (SEEBURGER Service Desk)
(based in Sofia)
THE BLUEPRINT:
Administration

Monitor & administer the central SSD systems
Participate in implementation and administration of complementing solutions
Installing software updates and patches
Deliver change requests
Documentation
Reporting
Project Management
Incident Management
Initiative

Leading Project Management and Management Reporting
Quality

Liaising with internal & external users and vendors

WHAT YOU WILL ONBOARD:

Bachelor degree in IT or a similar degree
Relevant professional experience working with an IT Service Management Tool (ITSM) would be a strong advantage
Technical knowledge on Microsoft SQL Server and Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)
Basic scripting skills
Visual Basic knowledge
Microsoft Server 2012 & 2016, IIS Microsoft Server exposure is a plus
Knowing typical standards like ITIL, are an advantage
Well versed in English, you have good communication skills and a structured approach
Webservice knowledge is a "+"
