Manager (f/m/d) Lean Program

Perfectly balanced - your challenges:

As a manager for our Lean Program, in future
everything you do revolves around Lean and Kaizen: You'll be
familiarizing your colleagues with Lean Manufacturing and will train
them in order to effectively introduce Lean tools and processes into the
company.
At the same time, you'll be developing a strategy and
action plans for the implementation of a comprehensive Operations System
throughout the entire group. In this role, you'll be managing all
projects, actively supporting the team membersinvolved.
You'll
analyze the results of process changes, communicate recommendations for
process im­provement to the management, play an active role in relevant
projects and drive decisions.
And of course you'll manage the budget for all Lean related activities!
Your
goal: the successful implementation of Lean in our global production
facilities, including the launch of a training center, for which you'll
develop the necessary training materials and concepts.
Your balanced success mixture:

A degree in engineering plus a distinct competence in the areas of training/coaching/knowledge transfer
Extensive
professional experience in manufacturing, with a particular focus on
Lean implementation and knowledge transfer on an international level
and/or with multinational teams
In-depth Know-how in the areas of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Visual Management, Value Stream Mapping, Kanban and similar
Business-fluent
English, preferably a good command of German, and possibly language
skills in Portuguese (30 - 50 \u0025 travel activities to international
sites)
A convincing, communicative and enthusiastic personality
who is a born trainer and problem-solver, knows how to motivate others, and not only questions the established but also comes up with creative solutions for improvement whenever necessary
