Our client, a leading telecoms operator are currently looking for a Resourcing Administrator to join their existing team.
Working as part of the transformation delivery team, this role will support the talent co-ordinators with their daily workloads.
This will involve:
- Preparing interview packs
- Scanning and uploading interview notes
- Booking meeting rooms
- Updating trackers
- Compiling and sending progress reports
- Taking minutes at meetings
The ideal candidate will have a background in administration (ideally recruitment) and will be able to work well within a team.
