Cloud Architect

Design and automation of Cloud deployment architecture and CI/CD process for Microservices applications, security AWS services, provisioning AWS Kubernetes Docker Git Network and systems management solutions automation CI/CD pipelines application performance optimization

Functions:

• Build a scalable, secure, highly-available, multi-tenant Web application in the cloud for production environment
• Participate in design and automation of cloud deployment architecture and CICD process for Microservices applications technology stack
• Champion security by design
• Work closely with scrum software development teams to actively identify & resolve quality issues throughout development
• Architect and develop complex end-to-end solutions for a Real Time streaming IIoT platform
• Investigate new technologies to meet performance requirements; perform feasibility studies; design and implement prototypes for early/usability testing

Qualifications:

• Proven ability to build a scalable, secure, highly-available, multi-tenant Web application in the cloud (5+ years' experience)
• In-depth knowledge of AWS services and hands-on experience in AWS provisioning
• 5+ years of experience and knowledge of AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, and Git
• 5+ years of experience in development of network and system management solutions
• 3+ years of experience with deployment automation - CI/CD pipelines
• Previous experience in application performance optimization, tuning, and/or triaging performance problems in Web and Mobile applications
• Experience with event-driven architectures and RESTful API design
• Strong understanding of Cloud-based application deployment architectures
• Preferred Qualifications:
• Front End and Back End design, development, automation, and testing
• Familiar with data structures, schemas, and infrastructure
• Experience with Jenkins or Maven, Git/version control, NoSQL databases (mongoDB)
