Job Summary: The Louisville Jefferson County Metropolitan Sewer District (MSD) is recruiting for a full-time, permanent HR Business Systems Analyst to work in the agency's main office in Louisville, Kentucky. Essential Job Functions: Responsibilities include: management and maintenance of SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) and related systems. Configures SAP and related systems to enhance business processes, implement improvements and enhance system scope. Meets business objectives for all HR Information Services (HRIS) initiatives including, but not limited to, benefits, HR administration, recruitment, compensation and payroll. Maintains quality and consistency of HRIS database information. Troubleshoots, analyzes, detects and corrects technical problems in SAP and related systems to ensure correct and efficient operations. Ensures personnel actions are in compliance with current Human Resources policies and guidelines. Provides SAP HCM technical support and formal/informal training to Human Resources and other staff. Serves as liaison among HRIS, IT, Finance and SAP configuration areas. Manages SAP HCM upgrades, patches, testing and technical projects. Creates and updates required functional and technical documentation. Runs scheduled reports and creates reports as needed. Provides general Human Resources support as needed. Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Human Resources, or Mathematics. Seven years' progressive experience as a Business Analyst, Consultant, or Programmer. Certification in SAP Success Factors, including Learning Management, Recruiting Management, Onboarding, Employee Central, and Compensation. Valid driver's license.
