GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF RESPONSIBILITIES: Manages, develops, implements and improves the organization's Quality Management program to monitor, evaluate and improve the quality of all services. Ensures that the key governance, managerial, clinical and support activities and processes are addressed to improve the quality of care, with an emphasis on those issues that have the most significant impact on the quality of care and services provided to members. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Education- o Master's degree required. o CPHQ designation preferred. Experience - o A minimum of two years' experience in management. o Three years' experience, outside of management requirement, working with or in Quality Management and/or Utilization Management. o Three years' experience working with insurance plans or within a healthcare system. o Previous experience utilizing electronic health records. Regulatory o Current, valid Arizona Driver's License and 39-month Motor Vehicle Report to meet insurance requirements. o Eligible for DPS Level I fingerprint clearance. o First Aid and CPR certification (employer provides). o Initial negative TB test result less than six months prior (employer provides).
