Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Takes calls from Customers on warranty issues and repairs.Communicates with production and Quality departments concerning warranty issues and works with them to provide solutions to customer issues in a timely manner.Negotiates prices with repair shops and establishes repair timelines with them.Keeps track of Warranty repairs and makes sure are performed on a timely manner.Assures warranty repairs are approved and paid and keeps good track of them.Establishes policy settlements for equipment out of warranty.Maintains accurate warranty information.Verifies corrective actions have been taken on all warranty claims to prevent recurrence.Perform other job-related duties as assigned. Education Requirements: High School Diploma or GED Knowledge, Training, Skills and/or Experience: 2 to 4 years of related experience.Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.Superior customer service skills with both internal and external customersAble to perform a variety of tasks.Able to work under general supervision.Excellent attention to detailA certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.AS400 knowledge and experience, preferred.Excellent computer skills, Excel, word, outlook.
