We are seeking a Maintenance Systems Supervisor to join our team in Groveport, Ohio.

The typical schedule for this weekend supervisor role will supervise on the weekend shift: Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday: 5:00 AM - 4:00 PM. **Competitive benefits package to include 100% Company paid benefit premiums including dependents!**

Reporting to the Maintenance Systems Manager, the Maintenance Systems Supervisor will lead a team of maintenance technicians to insure the facility and all equipment within the plant, both production and building related, is operational, maintained and functioning correctly at the facility.

Essential Duties:
Coach, motivate and develop Maintenance Systems Technicians.Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical problems.Build projects to meet timelines.Continue on-going technical training with the technicians.Maintain complete equipment maintenance records and PM schedules for all facilities.Monitor productivity and finished product quality.Design, measure, analyze, implement and control mechanical process improvements.Troubleshoot mechanical issues and adjust them quickly.Repair downed equipment in a fast-paced, time critical environment.Recommend equipment modifications to improve the process.Other duties as assigned. Regular and predictable attendance is an essential function of this position.

Certificate from college or technical school in industrial fabrication, machining, or electrical troubleshooting is desired. Should possess a minimum of 5 years of related experience and/or training in a food or food related industry. Sufficient on the job and technical experience is acceptable in lieu of education.Ability to read and interpret machine diagrams, parts breakdowns and electrical drawings.Experience using and knowledge of hand and machine tools.Must be able to work a night shift schedule. Must be flexible to support the scheduling needs of the facility start up as well as ongoing business needs.Must be able to thrive in a fast paced environment. Ability to repair downed equipment in a fast-paced, time critical environment.Must be a team player, working professionally and effectively with other departments including production, quality assurance, warehouse, and sanitation. Able to work effectively in cold, hot, wet, high areas.Able to obtain certification with material handling equipment.Successful candidate will possess above average mechanical abilities. Benefits:
