Job purpose: The campaign manager role will support the Associate Campaign Director and the Head of Campaign Development to run end to end strategic digital campaigns. The role will be required to gather the various brand insights, complete situational analysis of their success and identify opportunities for the future. From here they will execute the campaign end to end managing the client at each step of the journey and ensure that the project management team are delivering on their necessary deadlines and objectives. Key Responsibilities: -Campaign performance - using CONNECT and various analytics platform -Ensuring the campaigns are running smoothly and effectively delivering on the strategic plan. -Customer satisfaction - professional management of campaigns and customers to ensure 100% satisfaction with the offering provided by Market Development -Budget management - reporting on the budget utilisation for all projects and making recommendations to ensure SLA management and BOM management -Reporting - developing critical reporting templates to measure on going performance of campaigns, project management and opportunities -Channel Recommendations - the source of all knowledge regarding the channels available to the team.
