Project Manager Job Purpose: Manage the delivery of internal and outsourced projects from project initiation to transition to operations. Deliver projects on time and within budget and to meet the desired business objectives Your Responsibilities: • Establish project plan and initiate project mobilization by confirming project scope, estimate, resources, roles and responsibilities • Monitor and control execution of project though Analyze, Design, Build, Test and Release • Establish project governance, managing risks and issues • Direct outputs of the project team, ensuring overall success of project and effective use of resources • Ensure the overall user experience is taken into account when designing and deploying new solutions and services • Ensure appropriate use of project management methods and tools • Provide project reporting including overall performance of the project and project completion documentation • Accountable to ensure adherence with Security and Compliance policies and procedures within Project Management service scope What you'll bring to the role: • Higher education, such as a degree in Information Technology and / or relevant business education. • Certified "Project Management Professional" or equivalent. • English written & spoken (required), additional languages a plus. • 10+ years of IT project management experience preferably in the Pharmaceutical Industry (but not essential) especially in the Drug Development function • Global stakeholder management experience • Experience working with virtual teams essential • Program Management or Leadership experience Other requirements: • Proven capacity to respond to changes which impact the program, deal with uncertainty and proactively resolve issues to deliver the best possible outcome • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, communication, presentation and writing skills • Highly dependable, outstanding attention to detail and strong follow-up skills • Ability to work with others in a high paced, fluid, multi-cultural and multi-disciplinary team • Ability to operate in matrix organization with diverse groups of stakeholders • Strong can-do attitude and results-focused You'll receive: Competitive salary, annual bonus, pension scheme, share scheme, health insurance, 25 days annual leave, flexible working arrangements, subsidized dining facilities, employee recognition scheme.
