Technical Design Expert - Mfg Execution : Become part of a global IT team delivering solutions to support our global network of manufacturing sites. Specifically focused on supporting Manufacturing Execution capabilities Your responsibilities include, but not limited to : • Create the detailed process designs necessary to operate the software/service on a day-to-day basis • Ensure designs produced adhere to architectural roadmap and support the development, execution and operations of software/service • Peer review and sign off detailed designs by business. • Ensure that detailed designs adhere to solution architecture design (i.e. high level conceptual design) and are traceable to functional as well as non-functional requirements in functional specification • Ensure the overall user experience is taken into account when designing new solutions and services • Take accountability to ensure adherence with Security and Compliance policies and procedures within Service Delivery scope What you'll bring to the role : • Degree or relevant equivalent experience Languages: Fluent English written & spoken Other language a bonus • University degree in computer science, management information systems or related discipline • Languages: Fluent English written & spoken Professional experience • >8 years of working-expertise in application and interface development, project management, process design and computer system validation practices in the Pharmaceutical industry • experience of system installation in GxP environments • Architecture experience in IT solutions • Good knowledge in the area of project management • Self-managed, strong initiative & multi-tasker • Capability to think strategically • Ability to interact with a typically diverse internal and external audience and is required to interpret and communicate complex information • Ability to mediate in case of conflicts • Capable of working in an international environment with virtual teams/resources and with non-co-located customers (matrix / remote environments exposure) • Broad IT technical skill set, including Java, Operating Systems, SQL based databases, network architectures. • knowledge about MES, OSI PI, SCADA, DCS • solid SIMCA online/offline knowledge • experience with multivariate data analysis (MVDA) You'll receive : Competitive salary, annual bonus, pension scheme, share scheme, health insurance, 25 days annual leave, flexible working arrangements, subsidized dining facilities, employee recognition scheme.
