This role as Project / Governance Coordinator supports GRS team with developing and driving project deliverables, supporting project governance and oversight of GRS activities including development, optimization and implementation of GRS programs and policies. It involves coordination across GRS subject matter experts (including Regional Directors, Asset Managers, Transaction Managers, Engineers, and Analysts) and other stakeholders across the organization.

Core Responsibilities:
  • Contributes to real estate management best practices, defining and monitoring procedures
  • Contributes to inventory of best practices for program management
  • Provides support to real estate managers within GRS
  • Under general supervision, integrates the planning and management of various real estate work stream activities
  • Works with initiative management to establish real estate program priorities and approaches
  • Monitors assurance of project deliverables
  • Support Manages overall real estate transformation program communications, risks, and issues resolution
  • Manages on time and on budget delivery of the components of the program
  • Supports team members by clearly communicating both verbally and in written format
  • Takes initiative to determining resolution to issues and risks for the program

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2+ years of related project administration / coordination experience
  • Attention to detail, ability to visualize and present on pending deliverables and meeting timelines
  • Shares knowledge with colleagues and others; provides suggestions
  • Open to feedback and suggestion of peers, colleagues and management team
  • Able to complete tasks with limited supervision
