Claims Associate , Associate 1

Major responsibilities:
  • Research claimable events
  • Continuously maintain claims tracking application with research and communication notes and supporting documentation
  • Meet industry deadlines for claim initiation
  • Work with internal and external parties to establish claim liability
  • Negotiate resolution of outstanding claims
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with custodians, brokers, and IMS operations teams
  • Escalate effectively to management as warranted

Education, Experience and Skills:
  • Fluency in English required
  • University/College degree in Finance, Economics or related areas of study
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Curiosity and persistence
  • Strong organizational and communications skills
  • Self-motivated with ability to take ownership of issues
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
