Join us and help us reimagine medicine. Job purpose: The business process coordinator evaluates, designs, executes, measures, monitors and controls business processes. You would work to ensure that business process outcomes are in harmony with an organization's strategic goals. You would work collaboratively across all departments of the organization to help improve the management of a business process, focusing on the entire process from beginning to end. You would introduce innovation into the process that can impact results, enhance profitability and assist the organization to meet its business objectives and goals. Key Responsibilities : • Presents a holistic approach to process innovation - understand that changing one step in the process can impact other process activities • Assist leadership in preparing strategic plans • Analyze and predict trends, visualise the data • Benchmark services with our third party vendors to maintain in-depth knowledge of market dynamics such as competitor analysis, demographic trends, and growth projections • Understand business direction and needs and develop solutions, roadmaps and assessments of potential business impacts • Support the definition, development and implementation of business planning processes • Understand and support the Portfolio Management process • Manage and administer the Portfolio Management tool • Monthly reporting on Portfolio Management progress and escalations • Develop standard procedures to manage, maintain and achieve business operational objectives; e.g. portfolio objectives versus execution, prioritization • Identify business problems and provide recommendations for improvements -Detailed analysis of finance reports, prepare purchase orders and service level agreements About Novartis: About the Novartis Global Service Centre in Dublin: The Novartis Global Service Center (NGSC), Dublin, was set up in 2013 and is located in a state-of-the-art facility on the Merrion Road in Ballsbridge.
