HOURS: 40 Hr Week ( approx) Restaurant closed Monday & Tuesday

Our client is a character boutique hotel tucked away in the heart of Ireland. Due to continued success they are seeking to recruit an experienced Sous Chef. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a beautiful environment with a friendly team.
DUTIES INCLUDE: (Not limited to)
To support the smooth running of the kitchens and dining areas.
To ensure the accurate and timely preparation of food orders following procedures and recipes.
To fully comply with all Health and Safety and Food Hygiene regulations at all times.
Must have fine dining experience.
A keen passion for food.
Shows initiative and is self-motivated.
Strong communication skills.
Punctual & positive can-do attitude.
Willingness to be flexible to meet the needs of the business.
Attention to detail.
Enjoys working with others as a team.
Own transport essential due to location of business.
A desire to learn and progress.
Knowledge of food hygiene standards.
