Job description

Our client, major entity in the global watchmaking world, is looking for a Regional HR Manager to take on this leadership position, to lead a team of over 10 HR Business Partners.


  • Manage a team of between 10 - 15 HR Business Partners located in various manufacturing sites in Switzerland.
  • Coach and train employees and managers in the full scope of HR responsibilities and processes, and legal and insurance.
  • Drive and secure high quality, effectiveness and efficiency of all HR activities in the assigned departments, and continuously improve the methods and processes.
  • Ensure compliance with local law and employee rights as well with the company's code of conduct.
  • Monitor and drive strategic HR projects in order to promote cohesion and compliance with the established standards.
  • Give advice and guidance on HR issues.
  • Recruitment of HR Business Partners for your team and guide them.

  • Profile:
  • Higher education degree with the federal certificate of HR (Brevet)
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar position, with a proven record in managing teams.
  • Great communication, negotiation and motivational skills, with a goal-oriented mindset.
  • You are an autonomous professional with the ability to drive and manage people.
  • Knowledge of related computer applications (MS-Office, HR Systems).
  • You are a team player with a great experience in working with teams.
  • Mandatory: Fluency in German & French (is a must)
