You will be responsible for supporting managers in all areas of the employee life cycle : recruitment, performance management, training and development, career and succession planning, reward and leavers.You will advise your partners on technical aspects of employment in Switzerland and ensure compliance with local legislation.You will provide support in the development and deployment of key HR projects.You will share best practice with your team members. The ideal candidate : Minimum 6 years' experience in an HR Business Partner role within an Swiss company ideally. Experience of managing organizational change, implementing projects and strategic change initiatives.Ability to convince and bring teams together.Team Player, strong communication and interpersonal skills.Professional approach with a "can-do" attitude.French and English fluent - German a strong plus.
