Reporting to the Sales and Marketing Director, you will manage a Global Marketing and Communication Manager as well as interact with expert functions (digital, PR, Education) and other departments (sales, HR, finance…). Externally, you will collaborate with Regional HQs, agencies and retailers.
Your responsibilities will include developing and executing the 3-year Marketing Communication plan for the international and national market, in line with global brand strategies and guidelines, to ensure the long-term development of brands in the market.
Your main responsibilities will be
Oversee marketing/sales campaigns and advertising and analyze performance against set objectives.
Be proactive concerning the implementation of marketing plans or marketing initiatives in the country market and international key markets.
Manage marketing projects in line with strategic objectives to ensure project realization on time and within budget.
Propose and submit for validation to Sales and Marketing Director: the marketing strategy, budget and business plan by brand and by line, over the short/medium/long terms, to increase market penetration and profitability of brands.
Analyze the market and monitor competitors' activity to identify trends, challenges and opportunities to drive improvements.
Attract, develop, and manage Talents to create an environment where all employees are empowered and engaged to ensure optimal quantitative and qualitative staffing.
Promote and defend the image of the brand by driving operational excellence and retail innovation
Ensure effective liaison between the market and brand holders.
The ideal candidate
Master's degree in Business, Marketing or Communications
5 to 10 years of experience as a Marketing Manager with a focus on Swiss market
Acquainted to working in an international environment
Superior problem solving, communication and negotiation skills including effective leadership, planning and motivational capabilities
Very good knowledge in MS Office
Excellent speaking and writing skills in French, German and English
