Roles & Responsibilities of the position •Responsible for the population of country-specific visit templates in CTMS. •Responsible for the population of site-specific visit schedules in CTMS. •Review study-specific Total Contract Value Calculator (TCVC) and PO Calculator utilizing CTMS, CTAs and interactions with managers and Project Managers. •Create, maintain, and close-out site-specific purchase requisitions in Ariba utilizing the study- specific PO calculator. •Collect country-specific Financial Exhibits in order to populate visit templates In CTMS. •Collect site-specific fully negotiated financial exhibits for all sites in order to apply site-specific CTMS visit schedule. •Track and follow-up on status of both country-specific and site-specific financial exhibits as needed. •Maintain status in central global tracking spreadsheet. •Request and gain access to study-specific EDC system. •Run monthly subject visit completion reports and enter data in to CTMS. •Generate monthly site-specific subject visit payments through CTMS. •Enter invoices upon receipt. •Create and send payment notifications to Project Managers. •Answer queries, questions and issue resolution with study team, as needed. Job Requirements •Bachelor's degree in appropriate scientific or business discipline is preferred •2 years' experience and/or equivalent competencies in pharmaceutical industry/clinical research •Knowledge of the clinical payment processing •Ability to work with systems •Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) •Good command of spoken and written English •Communicativeness •Multitasking Remuneration & other details •A challenging CRA role in an international Pharmaceutical company. •Permanent office based position in a stable organization. •You will enjoy highly competitive compensation and an exceptional benefits package.
