Increase efficiency of digital Marketing efforts by knowing the right channels, target groups and enable a strong digital customer relationship.
Develop continuous digital insights. Define customer segments, their needs and channel behavior - as condition to develop valuable content for countries.
Support key countries with the right content and understanding the digital path of purchase. Set basis for targeted digital Lead Generation. Generate digital insights which can be easily transferred to marketing and sales campaigns.
Deploy on- and offline assets to countries and align on integrated Campaign plans with defined key countries.
Define a standardized process which can be used for constant local & global customer insights and a permanent validation, including also the CRM system.
University degree, ideally with an international orientation and focus on marketing
4+ years of professional experience in Digital Marketing
Knowledge and experience in developing digital insights & Customer Journeys
Experience in supporting implementation of strategic Marketing activities - online and offline
Experience in a similar international role in Med Tech / Pharma, ideally
Project management skills, national / International
