THESE WILL BE YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for excellent customer satisfaction and real time support for all riders globally
  • Developing and continuously improving all processes within the CS department as well as customer facing activities
  • Leading and guiding the entire CS team including first level, second level and team leads
  • Monitoring KPIs and initiating improvements/fixes to enhance performance
  • Analysing customer feedback and reports to IT, Marketing, Operations and other departments to ensure a smooth customer experience
  • Prioritising projects and customer facing changes according to strategic roadmap

  • Experience in leading a growing team in a fast paced environment
  • Strong problem solving and multi-tasking skills
  • Proven track record of improving the overall customer experience including implementing cross departmental changes
