We would like to fill the follow­ing vacancy as soon as possible:

Director Market Access (gn)

Your Responsibilities:
  • Ensure optimal EU market access for Morphosys' product portfolio focusing on oncology and autoimmune diseases, from Phase I/II onwards, and in particular for products close to approval
  • Drive the EU market access strategy development and implementation for the lead compound MOR208
  • Establish an EU Market Access department in line with launch sequence
  • In cooperation with external consultants, prepare reimbursement dossiers, statements as well as consultations in selected EU markets
  • Prepare and implement market access and price negotiation strategies / price negotiations in selected EU markets
  • Develop communication material, which shows the added value of the products to different customer groups, especially for health insurance companies - but also for the communication with physicians
  • Plan and implement health economic projects and (supply) analyses
Your Requirements:
  • University degree in medicine, health economics or natural sciences with training in health economics
  • Understanding of pharmaceutical industry and external factors impacting market access
  • Experience working in oncology would be a highly desirable
  • Experience in EU5 Market Access, especially in Germany, with deep operational insight into the market access systems
  • Deep knowledge of key market access strategy components such as health technology assessment & economic models, budget impact, value dossiers, price / volume trade-offs, innovative contracting ability to direct any external consultant effectively
  • Proven knowledge and experience of oncological price negotiations, e. g. AMNOG procedure
  • Experience in HTA (successful submission of HTA / value dossiers to authorities) and patient reported outcomes, with the strong ability to use health economic models
  • Strategic thinking, combined with the willingness to roll up the sleeves
  • Strong team player with high flexibility and ability to work across functions
  • Creative, innovative & bold passionate about driving value
  • Strong relationship building, negotiation and influencing skills
  • Excellent planning, communication and presentation skills
  • Fluent German and English is essential, with other local languages as a plus
