Technical Account Manager VoIP (m/f/d)*
Your responsibilities:

As a member of the Interop and Integration team you take over diverse responsibility around technical consultation and support of partners such as internet telephony service providers and PBX vendors. The team consists of Technical Support Engineers, Technical Account Managers and Pre-Sales Engineers across Europe providing communication solutions worldwide.

Account Management

  • Onboarding and management of new accounts (Interop partners and Services Providers) with full ownership as first point of contact
  • Working on continuous improvement of interoperability and integration of our phones
  • Assisting marketing team with related activities such as announcement of new device certifications and features in webinars
  • Provide pre-sales support and consultancy with key partners
  • Work with sales team to help, identity and discuss relevant projects and customer

Technical Support

  • Acting as a Stakeholder for Feature Requests und Bug Fixes in our Agile Development Framework
  • Testing and reporting issues in our JIRA System
  • Provide 2nd/ 3rd level support to Snom partners through the ticketing platform on telephony, data and related applications
  • Conduct technical and commercial trainings for our partners
About you:
  • You have a degree in IT, Engineering etc. or extensive technical practice
  • Professional experience in IT support , ideally in the area of IP networks and VoIP / SIP
  • Very good knowledge of SIP/VoIP Telecommunications , networking (Voice, Data), data networking architectures and IP Telephony Architectures
  • Good knowledge of SIP troubleshooting tools (Wireshark / Tshark, SIPp, etc.)
  • Working knowledge of Linux and Windows
  • Basic knowledge in one of the following programming language: Bash / Shell scripting, Python, PHP, Go
  • Skills on modern containerization technologies (Docker, LXC, ...) are beneficial
  • Language skills for customer support in English , German is a plus
