Your Responsibility:

  • You are the trusted partner of our larger accounts and you manage their growth and expansion:
  • Proactively build strategies, identify new revenue opportunities and creative ways to grow the business
  • Initiate retention actions for renewals and upsales from existing customer base to ensure YoY revenue growth
  • Research accounts, gather customer information, identify key players, and generate interest
  • Approach each client with a long-term engagement plan
  • Improve customer loyalty by creating strong trust-based relationships with their teams and key decision makers
  • Get a clear understanding of your clients purchasing cycles and ensure they are prepped for renewals and new revenue opportunities
  • Build contact list through outbound communication
  • Educate accounts, prospects and decision makers on JewelCandle products and value proposition
  • Strengthen JewelCandle awareness within assigned account list
  • Maintain accurate customer and sales data
  • Proactively enhance and streamline workflow within the department to help facilitate the growth and expansion of accounts
  • Technical troubleshooting of our systems, site and client issues to help improve performance and overall user experience

Your Profile:

  • Reliable with a customer-oriented mindset to convert leads into sales
  • You have a result-driven attitude with process-oriented sales approach
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships via telephone and email
  • You have strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • You are organized, detail oriented and able to multitask
  • Team player, flexible and stress resistant
  • Experience with CRM software (Hubspot, SalesForce, Microsoft Dynamics et.) appreciated
  • Fluent in English and French.
