Our client has an open position for a candidate with skills in Human Resources and Accountancy

Tasks
- Review/Maintain procedures/processed for payroll preparation, social security / social benefits (life insurance, medical insurance, pension plan, work accident insurance) and tax system
- Maintain work regulations and processes together with the supervisor
- Maintain company work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions
- Labor management (knowledge of labor law)
- Review/Maintain the employee manual outlining local human resources policies, practices and procedures
- Run all recruitment activity (carrying out screening, selecting, interviewing and hiring)
- Preparation of Employment agreements
- General accounting support tasks

Profile
- Fluent in German & English
- Minimum 5 years of experience in human resources function
- Knowledge of German labor law, social security, payroll tax
- General accounting knowledge
- SAP experience is advantageous
- Good communication skill
- MS-Office
