Property Manager - Dublin

They are looking for a Property Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will share these values and will be personally and professionally motivated to provide an excellent service to our clients.
You will be responsible for a portfolio of multi-unit developments and the job entails all aspects of the management and administration of Owner Management Companies (OMC's), Liaising with Directors of OMC's on a regular basis, Facilities management including appointment and supervision of contractors and management of on-site staff, Dealing with all queries between residents, owners, developers, and contractors.
You will look after the financial management of each individual company to a pre-determined budget administration of CRO obligations, Attend AGM's, General Meetings and Directors meetings, compliance regarding statutory obligations of the Owner Management Companies (OMC's) and adherence to the Multi-Unit Development (MUD) Act.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar Property Management role and must be able to work on their own initiative to provide a pro-active management service to the client. You must qualify for a PRSA license, a qualification in Property and/or relevant degree and/or experience necessary for NPSRA licensing, strong computer skills & administration skills, ability to work under pressure and to meet strict deadlines and have excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills.
You must have the ability to identify opportunities, have Strong verbal, numerical and written communication skills, good negotiation and influencing skills demonstrate an ability to provide a proactive approach to property management, the experience of Blockman software a plus but not a requirement and a full clean driver's license. You will be required to work some evenings to attend client meetings.
