We are looking for highly motivated individuals to drive success in our rapidly growing call center as a technical support representative. Full time and Part time
Opening at 6:00 AM
Morning at 7:00 AM, 8:00 AM
Afternoon at 9:00 AM
Evening at 12:30 PM
Night until 10:00PM
Close until 11:30PM
$13.00 per hour + uncapped monthly commission
*avg $14.00 - $15.00 or more!
Fixed over phone monthly commission. Take your paycheck into your own hands!

Strong Customer Service
Good command of language, spelling, and grammar.
Independent and strong self-leaders.
Highly attentive to detail and a creative mindset for problem solving.
Able to work at least 3-5 shifts (25-40 hrs) a week with rotating Saturdays.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
Tech Support Responsibilities
Become an Alder products, systems, and services wizard.
Solve customer technical issues by providing step-by-step instructions.
Strive for first call resolution
Maintain accurate and clear problem documentation and account notes.
Multitask between systems.
Help each other and build success together.
Contribute to Alder Innovation by documenting and sharing ideas for service improvement
