Ad Agency Accounting/Finance Manager

This role is responsible for directing and overseeing all aspects of the Finance & Accounting functions of our company. An extremely high degree of accuracy and precision is required in this role.
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance.
3-5 years of experience in accounting, preferably at an advertising agency.
Detail-oriented with solid understanding of business and financial concepts and accounting.
Ability to cultivate strong business relationships.
Ability to utilize financial systems and reporting tools; strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Quickbooks, Google docs and time management software such as Avaza.
Experience working with auditors and procurement departments a plus.

Ensure credibility of Finance department by providing timely and accurate analysis of budgets, financial trends and forecasts.
