What we are looking for:
We are looking for an experienced consultant who has been successful in a 360 position but is now ready to move away from transactional recruitment and take their career further than they're able to in their current in environment.
Ideally you have been working in the IT & Change sectors. You need to be able to demonstrate your skills in business development, building relationships with both candidates and clients.
We want to see individuals who stand out from other recruiters, who are able to act on their own initiative, be front footed, proactive and self-sufficient. You will be given training and support but you need to have the professional maturity to take ownership of your work and develop your desk into a successful and lucrative business.
The London office was set up in 2014, and has developed into a thriving division of our business, with turnover doubling in the last year and the team now moving into their brand new offices. Underneath the leadership of the Regional Manager, there are 7 consultants who strive to achieve nothing but the best.
