The National Association of College and University Attorneys (NACUA) seeks to hire a recent law school graduate as a Law Fellow on a full-time basis for a one-year period to begin in the late summer of 2019 through August 31, 2020. No prior legal experience is required. The one-year appointment is not intended to be renewed or extended. The Law Fellow will benefit from broad exposure to the wide variety of issues in the field of higher education law and will be involved in a variety of projects that span the breadth of this practice area. He or she will be assigned research and other projects, including daily reviews of cases and other developments related to higher education law and preparation of corresponding summaries. In addition, he or she will respond to research requests submitted by NACUA members. The Law Fellow will report directly to the Associate Director of Legal Resources but will also receive assignments from other full-time attorneys at NACUA.
