To be a good fit for the Client Retention Specialist opportunity, you also should have:
- A high school diploma or equivalent and minimum 1 year of experience in B2B/B2C sales, collections, and/or retention - preferably in a support center environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills that put people at ease and elicit action.
- The ability to consistently meet departmental standards set for key performance indicators such as retention rate, lead generation, and service quality.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are highly desirable.
- Military experience is not required, but it is welcome and appreciated here.
