This is a busy role where you will be responsible for identifying and generating new business leads for the internal Sales team, excellent communication skills are essential along with the drive and ability to work in a targeted environment.
Duties will include:
Implementing call campaigns and customer segments as directed by your manager
Working proactively with marketing, offering ideas for call out and e-shot activity
Working closely with the Sales team to deliver the ‘wider team goal’
Identifying business opportunities for yourself & for telesales when over ‘x’ bench mark
Handling sales calls from prospects and customers who wish to discuss products
Exceeding sales billings targets
Creating new pipeline through telephones based activity
Achieving agreed KPI’s as directed by your manager
Continually updating and cleansing the customer database with key marketing and competitor information as directed
Recruiting attendees for customer events, providing event follow up support
Full training is provided, therefore this is an ideal role if you are looking to start in Sales.
Candidates with experience in sectors from Sales to Customer Services to Retail and Hospitality will be considered for this role.
The successful candidate will be articulate, outgoing and energetic.
Must have the ability to build relationships over the phone by demonstrating knowledge of client services.
A self-motivated team player with energy and enthusiasm who must have an interest in Sales and be an excellent listener as well as communicator.
Organisational and Administration skills are also just as important as ambition.
Salary and Working Hours:
£20,000 per annum starting salary with an excellent bonus scheme on offer
Monday to Friday 09.00am-17.30pm with no weekend/ bank holiday work required
